As a Fulfillment Supervisor at Millennium, you'll be the driving force in our supply chain and equipment process. This role is uniquely designed for someone who thrives on being hands-on with every aspect of the process. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, overseeing Warehouse Management System (WMS) and processes, ensuring a safe and well-maintained work environment, and supporting overall efficiency. Additionally, you will perform maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure functionality and reliability. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations, including product receipt and order fulfillment. You will also manage the inspection, repair, and routine maintenance of small engines and equipment. Additional duties include maintaining service records, managing parts inventory, ensuring equipment safety and compliance, and keeping the work environment clean and organized. Staying current with industry standards and best practices is essential to success in this position.You’ll develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and drive initiatives to create an environment focused on efficiency and success for Millennium and our clients. Managing all warehouse transactions to make sure they are prompt and accurate. Understanding and reporting on the activity of your warehouse. Strategically managing your warehouse in compliance with Millennium’s safety and operational policies and vision. Managing inventory control and reconciling with Millennium’s WMS. Providing mechanical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service  Professionally interacting with clients, suppliers, and logistics companies. Setting up layout and ensuring efficient space utilization. Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Continually managing the equipment and grounds of your facility. Adopting and deploying lean manufacturing strategies to improve your operations. Become and stay DOT certified to make deliveries to clients as needed. Assist Sales Department with calculations, sizing and specifications. Prepare Shop Manufacturing drawings. Prepare layouts and various drawings of parts and assemblies using conventional and limited CAD techniques and a working knowledge of the terms and procedures requiring the use of mathematical formulas to compute weights, dimensions, quantities of materials, etc. Assist with final sketches checking dimensions of parts, materials to be used, relationships of one part to another, and relationship of various parts to whole structure or project. Work from sketches, customer drawings, actual visual review, and verbal information supplied by an engineer or designer and determine the appropriate views, detail drawings, and supplementary information needed to complete assignments. Assist with charts and graphs including flow charts, uv-graphs, tables, technical illustrations, and paste up work to depict parts for clarity and dimensional purposes.
