Aethon Energy Operating LLC’s (“Aethon”) on primary responsibilities of the Senior Landman are facilitating the addition of oil and gas reserves and the preservation of existing leasehold interest in assigned geographical area. DUTIES & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Negotiate oil and gas lease rights with mineral owners Analyze and interpret lease-purchase agreements Evaluate acreage, develop lease offers, and review titles to determine ownership Analyze lease terms and determine drilling requirements Cure title prior to drilling Prepare and negotiate farm in/farm out, joint operating, and other contractual agreements as necessary Manage/maintain existing leasehold, rental, and unit obligations Represent the company as the primary point of contact for landowners and the State with regard to leasehold matters Mentor and train less experienced Landmen Work with others as part of a multi-disciplined team to ensure efficient operations and enhanced productivity Requirements Education & Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. The Director of Audiology leads the development of audiology departments in newly partnered and existing ENT and Allergy practices across Align ENT and Allergy. This position requires outpatient clinic and retail hearing aid experience and an ability to design and implement consistent audiology and sales excellence "playbooks" to drive profitable growth across practices Requirements Implement initiatives to support growth and profitability including: • Define, develop and implement audiology growth initiatives • Create reproducible "playbooks"- workflows, processes, roles, tools, and metrics-- to guide successful implementation • Tailor "playbook" implementation to the local practice environment Training and development • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in audiology. • Develop training and mentorship programs for clinicians and managers in support of audiology service development • Identify and develop subject matter experts ("knowledge nodes") to support best practice sharing Monitoring and Reporting • Collect and present regular reports on key performance indicators, patient outcomes, and operational metrics. • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement them • Define targets and budgets in collaboration with VP of Operations Communicate audiology department progress - internally and externally • Build and maintain relationships with physicians and other providers, practice managers and other teammates • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on audiology across our organization • Represent the organization at relevant meetings and events. • Work with Align marketing to share our success stories Cultural Leadership: • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional development and teamwork. • Build and maintain relationships with physicians and other providers, practice managers and other teammates Qualifications: • Doctor of Audiology degree • 5+ years of for-profit, multi-site or retail audiology experience • Track record of programmatic growth • Proven leadership and managerial experience. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
