Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure fidelity of ABA practices. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and our coordination team to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework in ABA, psychology, education, or related fields (preferred). Current RBT certification (preferred but not required; training support available). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards. Reliable transportation to clients’ homes. Availability to work primarily after-school hours (weekday afternoons/evenings- 3pm-8pm); some weekend availability preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. MPF Federal is seeking Field Consultants in the North Georgia area who will travel within their designated state or region to work with existing family support resources, addressing gaps and enhancing activities to assist Service members and their families, particularly those geographically isolated from installation support. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Key Responsibilities: Provide information and referrals to Service members and their families. Develop and maintain a catalog of government-approved family programs and support resources within the assigned state. Identify gaps in available services/resources and collaborate with Military OneSource, DoD, State Joint Force HQ, and civilian community resources to address these gaps. Support events aimed at increasing awareness of military community services, including relocation assistance, counseling, personal and family life education, PFM services, deployment assistance, SECO, exceptional family member services, and more.
