Study Information: Clinilabs is looking for adults who experience neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (nOH) due to Parkinson’s disease or pure autonomic failure (PAF) to join an inpatient research study. Study Qualifications: • Be between the ages of 18 and 85 years old • At least 110lbs in weight • Diagnosed with symptomatic orthostatic hypotension (nOH) due to Parkinson’s disease or pure autonomic failure (PAF) • Has a stable medication regimen for 3 months before screening Able and willing to: • Attend visits in either Eatontown, New Jersey, or Midtown Manhattan, New York • Available for 1 pre-study visit, 1 inpatient stay (4-nights/5-days), and a follow-up call (over 4 weeks) • Complete on-site pre-qualification testing, including, but not limited to, ECG, urinalysis, and bloodwork • If qualified, take the study drug and placebo Study Patients may receive compensation up to $2,400 for their time, participation, and travel.
