Requirements What You’ll Bring 10+ years supporting founders/C-suite principals in fast-moving environments. Industry knowledge in real estate investment, multifamily/property management, or private equity environments. Elite calendar + inbox command; proven ability to anticipate needs and make sound tradeoffs. Outstanding writing (concise, polished, error-free) and strong verbal communication. Experience coordinating domestic travel and executive events. Fluency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Zoom, Riverside, Slack/Teams; fast learner of CRM/task tools (Airtable/Asana/ClickUp/Notion). Proactive, anticipatory working style with strong ownership and a service mindset; low-ego, high-integrity collaborator. Previous Dermatology experience or knowledge is not required, but a willingness, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn are essential. The right candidate will go through a 4 month training program involving intensive on the job training and independent reading and learning, shadowing of multiple physicians and administrative staff, medical writing as well as graduated direct patient care in order to be prepared to be fully integrated as a core provider within the practice. Clinical Environment PSI strives to maintain a highly collegial clinical environment where questions, quick consults from colleagues and case sharing are always encouraged among providers. Candidate must be comfortable leading (or learning to lead) a clinical team (including a medical scribe and MA) along-side other PA/NP and MD teams.
