This position will be Monday through Friday day shift from 7am to 3:30pm. Pay will start at $18 per hour and can be discussed with previous experience. Cleaners needed Monday through Friday 5PM to 9PM for a total of 20 hours per week. It is recommended that you have commercial cleaning experience. All training will be provided on site by the account manager. Please respond with a description of any past or present commercial cleaning experience. Sales Across Key Business Areas: Utilize training and skills to support sales across MOIC’s retail shop, bar and/or cafe, as well as ticketing. Ice Cream & Treat Delivery (Cross-Trained): Support the Service Team in delivering ice cream and other treats to guests in a quick and efficient manner. Hospitality & Service: Provide real-time, positive guest support to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience throughout the experience and retail shop. Event & VIP Setup: Assist with performances and experiences for special events and VIP guests, ensuring high standards of engagement and service. Collaboration: Partner closely with both Service and Show Teams to create a memorable and cohesive guest experience. Setup, Clean-Up & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the museum to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Paints interior and exterior of campus buildings, facilities and equipment; Repairs and installs drywall, tape, and finish. This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $24.47-$30.59 per hour. Core Responsibilities: Paints interior and exterior of buildings, facilities and equipment, preparing properly and using appropriate equipment.   Tapes sheetrock walls, plastering and sanding when needed; refinishes furniture.   Paints signs and sets up vinyl letter signs; varnishes floors, cabinets and doors; assist with miscellaneous carpentry projects as necessary.   Procures materials and tools and delivers them to the job site; cleans tools/equipment daily at end of work shift.   Performs associated Facilities Services maintenance work as requested, including but not limited to: snow removal, event set-up and clean up, truck loading and unloading and grounds maintenance.   Works cooperatively with others and accepts direction from supervisors   Performs all duties in a safe and professional manner and in accordance with Middlebury College and departmental policies and procedures.   Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; On-the-job or vocational training in use of painting equipment.   Knowledge of paint types, mixing, prepping, and painting; general carpentry experience preferred.   Minimum 2 years previous experience painting, drywall, and wallpapering preferred.   Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own vehicle for transportation of self, tools and for procuring small materials.   Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Requires long periods of time standing, frequent bending, twisting and reaching, especially overhead.
