The Role: Customer Service Lead As a Customer Service Lead at Serenity, you’ll guide patients as they begin their healing journey, ensure they understand their treatment options, and help them take meaningful next steps. Along the way, you’ll support your clinic team, model excellent service, and foster a culture of trust and care.
