As a Chiropractor at Sandstone Health, you will: Consult with patients about their medical history and reason for their visit Create a plan of care that focuses on the patient’s overall health and well-being Assess the patient’s spine, posture, and reflexes to provide the appropriate treatment Keep detailed records of patient information, conditions, and treatment plans Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans based on patient needs Provide chiropractic care, including spinal adjustments, therapeutic exercises, and soft tissue therapies Educate patients on healthy habits and lifestyle modifications to help them achieve optimal health and wellness Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients Keep accurate and detailed patient records and maintain confidentiality Communicate with patients and their families to ensure they are informed and comfortable with their treatment plans Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services Maintain professional development by attending seminars, workshops, and other educational opportunities Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Comprehensive knowledge of neuromusculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and treatments Understanding of stretches, exercises, therapies, and dietary changes that may help patients manage their overall health Ability to analyze patient conditions based on observations and medical tests A commitment to providing the best possible care Relevant training and/or certifications as a Chiropractor Completion of Doctor of Chiropractic degree or pending graduation from an accredited chiropractic program Current chiropractic license in Texas or pending licensure Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to build strong relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional patient care What we value: Compassionate Care ❤️ We provide personalized care with compassion and empathy to all our patients.
