Position:  Business IT Resource / AEM Architect Location: Malvern, PA, 19355 Duration: 12 Months    Job Type: Contract      Work Type:  Hybrid    Required: AEM, Java, Node, Angular (Must have)  Job Description:  We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM architecture and development, with a strong background in Java, Node.js, and Angular. This role requires someone who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical strategy, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the solution lifecycle. Responsibilities: Architect and design end-to-end AEM solutions, including component design, templates, workflows, and integrations. Develop and implement scalable, secure, and reusable AEM components using Java and related frameworks. Integrate AEM with external applications, third-party systems, and APIs using Node.js. Build responsive, dynamic front-end applications and custom interfaces using Angular. Define technical standards, design patterns, and reusable frameworks for AEM implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and UI/UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to AEM best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and integration issues, providing long-term solutions. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance policies. Must Have Skills: Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and development. Proficiency in Java, Node.js, and Angular. Hands-on experience with AEM component development, templates, OSGi, Sling, and JCR. Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms. Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions. Provides data domain aligned support for a given business area. Ensures the quality and accuracy of complexdata. Serves as a thought partner and seniorpoint of contact to resolve operational and service issues. Core Responsibilities: Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) of data sets for a given industry, data storage systems, and the operational processes being supported. Maintains awareness of changing business needs to create appropriate project solutions. Leads process design efforts to support new offerings, business initiatives, or improvement projects. Performs root cause analyses of complex data errors. Identifies opportunities to eliminate future occurrences, prioritizes initiatives, mitigates risk, leverages technology, and recommends short- and long-term solutions for issues.  Focuses on improving Data Management's service offer and communicates with stakeholders and management to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate. Recommends, coordinates, documents, and implements changes that will enhance work-flows and procedures. Integrates new or existing technologies into work-flows and communicates to all team members. Analyzes impacts and prepares environment for change. Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external partners to define data requirements, develop project specifications, and execute data projects to ensure that the expected outputs are delivered. Provides validation and approval of project deliverables. Identifies solutions independently and with input from internal and external partners, external vendors, and industry contacts to enable best-in-class data management practices, scalability, and cost effectiveness. Leads and consults on new projects to ensure operational readiness upon implementation into the live environment. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of five years of related work experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred Typical day in the life for this role:  Most data is in confluence pages and code behind webpages. Must asses and go through documentation. Taking current documentation across marketing teams to consolidate together. What are the discrepancies, setting expectations, and having a good rapport with stakeholders Documenting centralized requirements to create a single layer of documentation. It is not currently the same across teams (sharepoint/confluence) Being savvy to look at all resources Types of code: java Top 3 Hard/Required Skills: Coding, communication, and critically thinking (not taking for face value), detail orientated
