About the Role We have an exciting Boston Public Schools (BPS) partnership providing home-based ABA services for students who need extra support outside the classroom. This role is ideal for a BCBA who loves flexibility and meaningful work-without the stress of billable hours or heavy administrative tasks. ✅ Part-Time, Hourly (in-person) ✅ $75-$85/hour ✅ Year-Round Position ✅ No Billables, No Assessments ✅ No Work on School Holidays or Snow Days Most sessions occur after-school hours and some weekends, with the possibility of occasional morning hours in-school.
