Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day shift operations with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Act as the first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical failures or production issues. Generate accurate freight quotes and Proforma Invoices for customers. Prepare all necessary shipping and export documentation for international shipments. Input production data to monitor KPIs related to efficiencies, downtime, and inventory. Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely order processing. Support continuous improvement initiatives and enforce control procedures. Maintain international customer profiles and task-specific SOPs. Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies. FedEx shipping software experience is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity is preferred.
