Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for Salesforce projects and initiatives. - Analyze and assess current business processes to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Salesforce capabilities. - Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications, user stories, and use cases. - Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements and functional specifications. - Participate in the design and configuration of Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and other related components. - Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function seamlessly. - Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce applications and tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications. - Stay current with Salesforce best practices, updates, and new features to recommend and implement enhancements. - Assist in data analysis and reporting, creating meaningful insights for business stakeholders. - Contribute to ongoing system enhancements and maintenance activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce projects. - Solid understanding of Salesforce functionality and capabilities. - Proficiency in creating clear and concise technical documentation, including user stories and functional specifications. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into efficient Salesforce solutions. - Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and data management. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) is a plus. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management concepts is desirable.
