Connelly School of the Holy Child is excited to announce an opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to join our Development Team for a day, ash they facilitate a Visual Arts project at our Mayfield Market Event on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 8 am - 12 pm. This special event focuses on fostering creativity and holiday spirit through engaging arts and craft activities for the children who attend Mayfield Market. The Stipend for these 4 hours is $250. Responsibilities: Design and lead hands-on visual arts and craft workshop(s) for children so they can leave the event with a keepsake. Instruct participants on various techniques and mediums, including painting, drawing, and crafting seasonal decorations. Facilitate a fun and creative environment that encourages self-expression and collaboration among participants. Assist with the setup and organization of the art and craft area during the event. Work closely with the Development Team to ensure a seamless event is experience for our young guests. Provide guidance and encouragement to students, fostering a love of art and creativity. Engage with parents and community members regarding the holiday project. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Art, Art Education, or a related field preferred. Experience teaching or leading art and craft activities, especially with children. Strong knowledge of various art techniques and craft materials. Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to collaborate with other teachers and staff members. Maintain confidentiality of electronic health records (EHR) that are in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and other federal and state regulations. Remain up to date with clinical knowledge and treatment modalities. Demonstrates understanding of sound ethical practice. Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations. Be aware of community referral sources and refer when necessary. Follow all safety protocols as set out by National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics. Requirements Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or in a related human services field. Must be license eligible in the state of California (Board of Social Work) or have an active Associate License within the state of California. Maintain and be in good standing with the California Board of Health and all appropriate professional board entities. Must possess and provide proof of professional liability insurance/malpractice insurance or will need to purchase a policy prior to hiring. Maintain current liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 claim limit/$3,000,000 aggregate. Ability to efficiently use web-based systems for quality review of records and work performed. Must be comfortable providing teletherapy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong relational and communication skills. We're seeking for full time pastry cook/baker. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Our kitchen prepares upwards to 3 meals a day for our senior residents and as the pastry cook/baker, you’ll be responsible for preparing desserts and baked goods for the meals. This will include, but not limited to, morning breads and muffins, fresh baked bread, dinner rolls, pies, cakes and any other assorted bakery items. In addition, the pastry cook/baker will assist in breakfast service by expediting orders and some light breakfast cooking such as eggs, pancakes, etc. Other duties will include, but not limited to, receiving and stock inventory and cost control, assisting prep cooks, cleaning cooking utensils and any other duties as requested.
