Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Project Manager - Mechanical Commercial Construction Overview: Our client, a leading national mechanical contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide comprehensive management support through all phases of HVAC construction projects. This role is pivotal in maintaining project standards, budget, deadlines, and communications. Key Responsibilities: Manage Safety Compliance and foster a culture of safety on-site. Document Control and Review. Manage project Scope of Work. Basic Schedule Management and coordination of Field Resources. Procurement Management & Coordination. Project Estimation. Financial Management and budgeting. Develop, Build & Maintain client and stakeholder relationships. Support the Sales Process. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience. Experiences: 3+ years’ of knowledge or experience in the building and construction industry. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, design techniques, tools, and principles. Proven ability to read and comprehend construction documents (e.g., blueprints, schematics). Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Estimating software. Other: PMP certification and OSHA 30 are a plus. LEED accredited knowledge is a plus.
