(Job TE-1187) Telehealth Physician - South Carolina

Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Remote Telemedicine Physician (South Carolina) Overview: Our client is a pioneering digital health company transforming the prevention and reversal of chronic metabolic conditions through a proprietary, data-driven technology platform. This is a fully remote opportunity for a board-certified Internal or Family Medicine physician licensed in and residing in South Carolina. Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual initial screenings for member enrollment using established clinical guidelines. Manage medications and prescriptions via the company’s proprietary digital platform. Monitor member symptoms and provide timely guidance or interventions. Supervise and collaborate with a team of Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs). Provide clinical input to help enhance internal tools and technology. Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation and respond to member voicemails. Travel for chart reviews approximately twice per year. Requirements: Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Experiences: Must have 2+ years of clinical practice experience in internal or family medicine post-residency. Experience managing chronic conditions is required. Comfortable providing telehealth care and working on video-based platforms. Experience with, and at least 3 available slots for, supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Telemedicine experience is a strong plus. Other: Must hold an active South Carolina medical license and reside in South Carolina. Must be board certified in internal medicine or family medicine by the ABMS (American Board of Medical Specialties). Strong collaboration skills and openness to adopting new technology platforms. Must be available for periodic on-call duties and minimal travel. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $200,000 - $215,000 per year.
