Pay: Pay Range: $40.00 - $42.00 per skilled visit Sign-on Bonus: Full Time - $2000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days Part Time - $1000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days Schedule: Full-Time 32 visits or more / Part-Time 29 visits or less Role Overview: We are seeking motivated LPNs with experience in Home Health Skilled Nursing Visits to join our team in Westminster. In this role, you will visit our clients in their home and help with skills needing to be assessed or managed and offering education.
