Experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting. Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
