Responsibilities Provide Windows systems administration in multiple heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments Windows administration includes designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows-based IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with other teams Install, configure, and manage Windows operating systems, applications, and related software Implement and maintain Group Policy settings and other configuration tools Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to protect Windows systems and data Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization Implement performance tuning and optimization techniques to ensure optimal system performance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows systems and applications Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying problems.
