Responsibility As a Datacenter System Administrator, you will: Install, configure company assets (servers, devices) and infrastructure resources (VMs) and maintain asset inventory for Pony’s R&D environment. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve system related problems (repair or replace parts, debugging R&D system issues, etc.) Design and standardize system or server solutions to meet AI/Autonomous Driving related R&D workloads. Develop and implement system-related project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans based on company business requirements. Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment. Define and document best practices and support procedures for system operations. Collaborate on hardware, firewall, network and software vendor evaluation, recommendation and negotiations. Mentor / Train team members on existing and new system technologies. Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies maintenance. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of related system experience and Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 2+ years of data center experience. Knowledge and experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and configuring servers / VMs, mostly in Linux environments. Experience with Ubuntu is a plus. Experience with public cloud, like AWS, is a plus. Familiar with Linux common commands for system maintenance, shell, python or ansible programming experience will be a plus. Basic understanding of network knowledge, like switch, VLAN, router. Strong communication and documentation skills with a team-player attitude in mind. Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length. Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently. Benefits Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $185,000 Annually Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on many factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation and this role may be eligible for bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Senior Middleware Administrator
Experience: 5 Years The Senior Middleware Administrator is responsible for supporting all aspects of the GDOL Middleware environment, including, but not limited to, builds/deployment, patching and maintenance, automation (scripting), Project Support, troubleshooting, design, and certificate management.  This position works closely with Network Security, Application Development, Project Management, and Linux and Microsoft OS Server administration teams and is responsible for all facets related directly to or projects involving Middleware platform and infrastructure. The successful candidate should be highly skilled technically, with the ability to adapt quickly and provide solutions to complex scenarios.
