We are working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to address the backlog of these exams, and there are currently a considerable number of exams available in your area. These Medical Disability Exams are crucial in the VA process for determining the benefits Veterans can receive because of service-connected health issues. The Physician Reviewer will provide an interpretation of the medical necessity of services provided by other healthcare professionals in compliance with client specific policies, nationally recognized evidence-based guidelines, and standards of care. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews all medical records and addresses each question posed by the client utilizing client specific criteria or other nationally recognized evidence-based criteria Ensures that the rationale for the determination is clear, concise, and contains adequate supporting documentation to substantiate the decision Identifies, critiques, and utilizes current criteria and resources such as national, state, and professional association guidelines and peer-reviewed literature that support sound and objective decision-making and rationales in reviews; refrains from using case studies, cohorts, and the like to make decisions due to their limited sample sizes Provides copies of any criteria utilized in a review with the report in a timely manner Returns cases on or before the due date and time Makes telephone calls as mandated by the state and/or client specifics Maintains proper credentialing and state licenses and any special certifications or requirements necessary to perform the job Attends all required orientation and training Performs other duties as assigned including identifying and responding to quality assurance issues, complaints, regulatory issues, depositions, court appearances, or audits PLEASE BE AWARE: In the interest of the security of both parties, please be aware that Dane Street will never conduct an interview via text or request checks from candidates for purchasing equipment.

The vision for my office is a place where patients feel as comfortable and have as much fun as possible while going to the dreaded dentist. I’m looking for someone that is personable and engaging while, at the same time, effective as an essential team member. Tuesday through Friday schedule with later starts at the beginning of the week and earlier starts (and ends!) at the end of the week to maximize your weekend. Willing to train the right personality with active WA RDA license! Duties include: * Preparation of patients for treatment, including an overview of the medical history and the treatment plan. * Set up the operatory with instruments, equipment and material as needed * Sterilization of instruments and disinfection of operatories according to standards * Take diagnostic radiographs, impressions, and digital scans as needed * 4-handed dentistry * Undertake lab tasks as instructed * Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions * Help in maintain accurate patient records * Help maintain the office in optimal condition * Have fun while working hard and providing an excellent customer experience Most importantly, the ideal candidate would have a positive and flexible attitude with a strong work ethic.
