The Position Our client is seeking to fill a Branch Manager role in the Madison, WI market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing branch activities, including teller operations, general customer service activities, loan processing, collections and personnel administration. This opportunity has a generous salary of up to $75K plus bonus and an excellent benefits package. Branch Manager responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of the branch including the safety and soundness of the branch and the day to day operations of the branch. Responsible to recruit and select qualified and competent staff to maintain high service levels. Providing back-up to the personal banker and tellers which includes opening new accounts, cashing checks, accepting checks and withdrawals, handling loan payments, etc. Providing training for team members on all policies and procedures, including safety/security issues and compliance training. Interviewing customers to obtain information and explain financial services such as savings and checking accounts, Retirement Account, Certificates of Deposit, savings bonds, and securities. Cross-selling a full range of retail services to present and potential customers. Ensuring the branch conforms to compliance regulations as well as all State and Federal laws, regulation and policies. Participating in community and civic activities and recommending ways of enhancing market share and the Bank’s presence in the community. Who Are You?
