The Regional Vice President of National Inside Sales is at the helm of crafting and executing a dynamic national inside sales strategy. The VP will champion sales performance, enhance call center operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and develop a robust training program for new Account Executives to excel in both Non-QM and traditional mortgage offerings. This is a Full-Time/Hybrid Opportunity with Total Compensation ranging from $100,000 - $300,000 annually. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy Innovate and implement nationwide inside sales strategies to boost mortgage loan production, placing a key focus on our Non-QM product offerings. Develop comprehensive sales plans, key performance indicators, and metrics that align with our Non-QM objectives. Spot emerging growth opportunities and partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives. Call Center Management Oversee the daily operations of the call center, focusing on maximizing conversion rates, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Enhance CRM workflows, dialer systems, lead management, and scripting to boost engagement and drive productivity. Adopt best practices for effective lead management, timely follow-ups, and enriching customer interactions. Continuously monitor customer feedback to quickly address any escalations. Team Management Inspire, mentor, and nurture sales leaders, call center managers, and sales support teams. Cultivate a dynamic sales culture through ongoing training, encouragement, and aligning goals. Deliver consistent coaching, constructive feedback, and thorough performance assessments. Establish a culture of accountability and foster continuous growth. Attract, hire, train, and retain top-tier inside sales talent. Training & Development Develop and implement dynamic training programs tailored for new Account Executives, including individuals from outside the industry, with an emphasis on Non-QM products. Revise training materials to ensure they align with the latest best practices, product innovations, and industry regulations. Marketing & Promotion Team up with the Marketing department to create and execute targeted campaigns and promotional strategies tailored specifically for Non-QM products. Lead efforts to enhance Non-QM brand awareness through digital marketing, content creation, and effective sales materials. Offer strategic insights to drive marketing initiatives that are in sync with the sales goals and objectives of Non-QM. Work collaboratively across departments to ensure a cohesive message and branding throughout all customer interactions. Sales Operations & Technology Work together with marketing, operations, compliance, and IT teams to enhance lead generation, elevate digital engagement, and enrich the overall customer experience. Champion the advancement of sales tools and technology platforms (such as LOS, CRM, and dialers) to foster innovation. Execute retention strategies designed to boost customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping a close eye on industry trends and competitor practices, ensuring the company remains a leader in the field. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure that all sales activities adhere to federal, state, and agency mortgage regulations, including RESPA, TILA, and HMDA. Collaborate closely with our legal and compliance teams to effectively manage risk while enhancing performance. Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by Executive Management. Requirements A minimum of 5 years in wholesale and/or correspondent sales experience. At least 5 years of expertise in non-QM lending is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred. Demonstrated success in overseeing national inside (call center) operations with a solid understanding of the mortgage origination process, lending regulations, and sales operations. Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, and strategic planning. Familiarity with mortgage technology platforms such as Encompass, Velocify, Salesforce, etc. Outstanding abilities in leadership, coaching, and team development. Capability to analyze sales metrics and develop data-centric strategies. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service. Proficient in CRM software, dialer systems, and call center technologies.
