About the Role:  We are seeking a CNC Mill-Lathe Machinist to join our 2nd shift team. Key Responsibilities Perform mold changes efficiently and document mold change times. Maintain and manage regrind material systems. Change materials as needed and clean oil and water from work areas. Work with maintenance staff to assist in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs. Monitor and assess molding processes for quality and consistency. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities. Support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards. Requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical or vocational training is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of experience in injection molding, mold setting, or similar manufacturing roles. Knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery. Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with robotic systems and end-of-arm tooling is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
