We are looking for a careful forklift operator to move packages and material around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency. MUST PASS DRUG AND BACKGROUND CHECK - NO FELONIES Requirements Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies Transport raw materials to production workstations Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs Comply with company policies and legal guidelines Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, setup discrepancies, and machining inefficiencies to minimize production downtime. Perform first-article inspections and continuous in-process quality checks using precision instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to address challenges related to complex geometries and specialized aerospace materials. Assist in developing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs (G-code or CAM software), particularly for multi-axis machines, if experienced. Follow all aerospace manufacturing protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area.Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a precision manufacturing environment; experience with large bed CNC milling machines is strongly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills, especially with aerospace-grade metals and composites. Advanced ability to interpret engineering drawings with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for aerospace and defense applications. Familiarity with CNC control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Haas); experience with CAM software is a plus. Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and basic machine diagnostics. Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, quality- focused environment. Education & Certifications: High school diploma or GED required.
