Swimming Pool Technician **Part-Time & Full-Time** (Phoenix)

We are seeking a dependable Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our team! Successful candidates will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of up to 20 swimming pools daily. Previous experience is a plus, but not required (willing to train the right person). We are a family-owned/operated company in Phoenix, AZ and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, and someone we can invest in long-term! This type of work requires dependability and consistency. This is a position that is required to adhere to set routes. Our clients make arrangements for our technicians to enter their properties and gated communities on certain days. We service the following areas: Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Biltmore, and North Phoenix. WE ARE LOOKING FOR RELIABLE CANDIDATES ONLY! Compensation/Incentives/Benefits: Pay range: - Full pay during training period - 2 week’s paid vacation per year (week of Thanksgiving, week of Christmas) - Monthly vehicle and fuel allowance - Health insurance benefits - Continued education and training - Endless earning potential Responsibilities: - Clean residential swimming pools and spas, net, brush, empty baskets (pump and skimmer), vacuuming as needed - Perform routine preventative maintenance - Test and balance chemicals and distribution - Test/operate filters and pumps - Backwash swimming pools - Coordinate product pick up/returns - Complete work orders (tracking equipment, time and supplies) and customer requests - Serve as point of contact to clients and maintain strong customer service Qualifications: - Ability to handle physical workload lift 50-75 lbs - Ability to work in the Arizona summer heat - Must be able to communicate effectively - Must be able to work independently - Must have current Arizona Driver’s License - Must have reliable vehicle that can fit all tools/supplies needed for position and proof of insurance - Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields (preferred, not required) - Familiarity with maintenance tools and swimming pool equipment (preferred, not required) This is a W2 Position* Please do not apply if you are not dependable or do not own a reliable vehicle.
