Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in HVAC preferred. 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation; leadership experience preferred. Valid HVAC certification and EPA license required. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments. The type of products we do inspections on are mainly electronic parts where you need to read the serial number from the item and verify the quantity of units for each item. Then once the products are inspected, they will need to be packed accordingly for shipping either on a pallet or loose boxes.
