We are a short-term rental (STR) company in San Diego seeking an experienced, reliable, and self-sufficient Maintenance Technician to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible, part-time work with steady weekly pay. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): General property maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.) Troubleshooting guest-reported issues quickly and effectively Performing preventative maintenance when needed Coordinating with property managers for scheduled tasks Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and in a timely manner Requirements: Prior experience in property maintenance, handyman work, or similar role Must have own tools and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and problem-solve Strong communication and time management skills Flexibility to respond to jobs as needed (weekdays and weekends) Details: Position: Part-time / On-call (as needed) Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Pay: Weekly, based on hours worked ($28 DOE) Location: San Diego, CA (properties across the city) If you are dependable, skilled, and looking for flexible part-time work, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Processing Technician to join our team in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will play a key part in the preparation, processing, and packaging of products, ensuring all work is performed with precision, compliance, and care.
