We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Manager to lead and grow with our company. Periodic raise opportunities are available for the right candidate. Must be willing to grow with the company. Training Provided. **Responsibilities:** - Lead Team Members under the guidance of the Owner - Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving furniture. - Assist with the cleanup of job sites. - Operate basic tools and equipment as needed. - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. - Lead and support team members with various tasks to ensure project completion. **Requirements:** - Physical stamina and strength to perform some labor-intensive tasks. - Ability to lead and work as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and adapt to different job requirements. - Previous General Labor and/or Mover experience is a plus but not required. - Must have a Driver License, insurance, and own vehicle. (Gas stipend also provided) **This is an independent contractor role; which means you will need to file your own 1099 taxes for 90 days. After that we will go to payroll after a 90 day evaluation.
