Whether a driver is just starting out in the delivery industry or looking to upgrade their vehicle, we’re here to help them succeed and make their life easier. Our ultimate goal is to make transportation as seamless and hassle-free as possible, so drivers can focus on delivering top-quality service to their customers. We are currently looking for a Repossession Specialist to join our growing operations team. Responsibilities Contact delinquent customers to resolve outstanding debts and coordinate repossessions. Locate and recover stolen or defaulted bikes using tracking tools and field operations. Collaborate with law enforcement to retrieve or release stolen/confiscated bikes, including from tow yards. Travel within San Francisco and to other cities as needed to carry out repossessions. Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets/Excel and submit daily status updates and end-of-day reports via company tools. Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments. Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Minimum 1 year of experience in security, police, military, or a related field (preferred). Strong multitasking, attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers. Car ownership (preferably large enough to transport electric bikes) and willingness to use it for the job. Comfort navigating throughout San Francisco and open to occasional day trips outside SF. Type of Employment: Type: Part-time (1099 Contract) Weekly Hours Requirement: 20 hours Opportunity to transition to full-time as the business grows Compensation: Hourly Base Salary Bonus: Competitive bonus structure based on volume of successful recoveries Reimbursements: Travel costs - including gas, tolls upon request, and compensation for out-of-state trips

This individual is responsible for the handling of all warehousing and distribution functions at Advance Caster and Wheel Company’s warehouse facilities. This includes accountability for inbound and outbound freight, as well as adherence to safety and organizational policies and procedures. This person will accomplish effective logistical oversight through strong leadership and decision-making skills. Reports To: Operations Manager Primary Responsibilities: • Complete all production assemblies of wheels, casters, and kits • Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, basic labeling) • Stage finished product for LTL loading • Assist office members in completing yearly inventory • Load finished products/materials onto trucks for outbound shipping • Unload delivered products/materials from inbound shipping trucks • Responsible for quality control. No damaged products/materials are sent out. No damaged products/materials are accepted in • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and MIOSHA safety policies • Operate forklifts/high-low, pallet jacks, and power tools • Clean and maintain work area and warehouse • Turn off and lockout equipment when not in use • Weekly office cleaning and report needed materials Knowledge and Skills Required: • Basic reading, writing and strong arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent • Basic computer literacy • Forklift certification preferred, but we will aid in certification if necessary • Manual dexterity required to operate machinery • Ability to lift 75 pounds • Ability to physically pick up products/materials for long periods of time • Ability to climb ladders and navigate steep stairs Working Conditions: Working conditions are normal for a warehouse/distribution/manufacturing environment. Machinery operation requiring the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves. Loose fitting clothing, open toe shoes, and jewelry are not permitted. Hours: Flexible scheduling of shifts within open business hours of 8am - 5pm
