Exciting Opportunity: Join our team as a Part-Time Janitorial Technician for grocery stores in Siler City, NC. Technicians will be responsible for the daily floor care of local supermarkets in Siler City with services scheduled 5 days a week. (Thursday and Sunday OFF) Duties will include scrubbing the sales floor with an auto scrubber, using a scrapper to remove gum and stickers, mopping corners and edges and buffing with a propane buffer (tech provides propane). Services typically take approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete. Flexible evening schedule (8pm to 10pm) This position pays $35 per service. We are looking for people experienced in carpet cleaning and floor strip/wax/polishing. We own the floor equipment, carpet cleaners, and polish devices, we just need people that can help operate the machines and do jobs around the RDU area. Our jobs are apartments, houses, commercial spaces and offices! You need to have your own vehicle to transport our machines, we provide all the supplies and are insured and bonded. Pay is $17/hour, bi-weekly, done via direct deposit. You can work full-time or part-time. If you want to work part-time, you have to commit to full days (no half days). We are closed Sundays.
