Paints interior and exterior walls and trim. Qualifications and Skills: EDUCATION: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE: Qualified candidates will have 3-4 years maintenance or related field. HVAC experience preferred, but not required. SPECIAL SKILLS: Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building trades is required. (HVAC) certification required. Must know how to use basic hand tools for building maintenance. Must also be proficient in reading and writing; excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills. PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS: Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, climb stairs & ladder, to reach, lift, pull, push, balance, crouch, crawl, kneel and lift or carry weight up to 60 pounds. May be exposed to inside and outside environmental conditions, chemical hazards, respiratory hazards, extreme heat for more than 1 hour at a time. Must be able to fluently read, write and speak English. Availability to respond to community needs during non-business hours when an emergency appears.
