Full-Time Day Porter – Build Your Path to Leadership (San Diego)

We are a fast-growing property services company in San Diego, and we’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. As a Day Porter, you’ll be the face of cleanliness and service in high-end residential communities. You’ll help maintain a welcoming environment for residents and guests while working with a supportive team that values hard work, professionalism, and leadership development. Responsibilities • Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, gyms, and common areas • Wipe down surfaces, sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash/recycling • Assist with setting up or breaking down spaces for community events • Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents Qualifications – What We’re Looking for • Previous janitorial, porter, or cleaning experience preferred (but not required) • Prior experience leading teams and/or training staff is a plus • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work– you notice what needs to be cleaned before anyone else does • Ability to work independently and stay on task • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented – people count on you to show up! • Physically able – stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. • Friendly & professional – great attitude with residents and guests • Availability: 7 days per week (weekends and holidays a plus) • Must have reliable transportation Growth Opportunity We are looking for someone who can grow into a Lead Porter role, eventually managing the team on the property and overseeing daily operations.
