Need knowledge of all aspects of: Drywall Painting Framing Need someone we can count on day to day to finish task in a timely manner. We have multiple jobs all through Arizona focusing on TI of existing buildings. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Must work quickly, productively and safely to meet production goals as outlined by the Leadman, Foreman, Superintendent, and/or Project Manager. Follow direction from the Leadman, Foreman, Superintendent, and/or Project Manager with regards to daily production schedule and activities. Works in conjunction with Leadman, Foreman, and/or Superintendent to ensure the job-site is safe prior to commencing work. Maintain a clean job site; pick up all tools, and secure job site each day Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for 8 hour periods.
