The primary duties will include: Performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure RVs meet quality and safety standards before delivery to customers. Documenting all work performed, including parts used and labor time, in the dealership's service management system. Communicating with service advisors and customers to provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance work. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; RV experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. RVIA/RVDA certification or other relevant industry certifications (preferred) Experience with computerized diagnostic tools and software (preferred).
