Primary duties: • Perform simple electrical, plumbing, painting, pressure cleaning, carpentry, stucco, and drywall repairs. • Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance. • Keep areas in good condition and order. And ability to work without supervision. Requirements: • Basic maintenance experience. • Responsibility and commitment. • Immediate availability. We offer: • $21.00 per hour with a $2 increase after 90 days, which would be $23.00 per hour.
