We are looking for dependable individuals to join our Maintenance Team. Our company manages Residential and Commercial Properties in the Bell County area. Full time 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Position available for Maintenance/ Make Ready Person Requirements: • Responsible for providing own basic tools • Must have current Driver's License, insurance, and dependable vehicle for the job • Drug free and past a criminal background check Job description: *Not limited to: • Preventive maintenance • Basic knowledge in make readies, plumbing, electrical, appliances and some carpentry • Service requests from Tenants from both Residential and Commercial properties • Painting interior and exterior, make readies, sheetrock repairs • General upkeep mowing, tree trimming and picking up grounds

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Boiler Room Tech to join our facilities team. This role is primarily responsible for the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of boiler systems, steam rooms, and related utilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial boiler systems, steam generation equipment, and a solid understanding of utilities engineering principles. This position is during our 2nd Shift from 5PM-1:30AM Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain high- and low-pressure boiler systems and steam room equipment. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient system performance. Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent utilities support. Maintain logs, records, and documentation for compliance with safety and operational standards.
