We're looking for someone who has an experience with drive forklift and doing Warehouse job. Has experience to do warehouse job. Who can speak English and Spanish.

We are a local Bay Area solar PV installation company seeking a senior solar installer with at least 2 years of experience in electrical work. Duties will include, but are not limited to: • Installation of flashing, mounting, racking, conduits and raceways, and wiring for solar panel and battery storage systems required • Knowledge of California electrical code, electrical wiring, service panels, circuit breakers, load calculations, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of installing solar PV systems, including reading design plans, troubleshooting PV systems, and calculating PV loads • Knowledge of battery systems and upcoming energy storage system models would be a plus • Knowledge of wall and framing repair and patching and light concrete work would be a plus • Attending city inspections with knowledge of installation and inspection procedures • Working at elevated heights with required power tools • Must be able to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs repetitively, and communicate professionally • Maintenance of safe ladder use, fall protection, and general company safety policies • Must have valid California drivers license

Experienced Handyman If you have experience in repairs, plumbing, carpentry, facilities maintenance, apartment maintenance or apartment turn over this could be a great job for you. • Resolve and complete work orders in a timely manner • Pick up trash if seen on grounds • Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants • Must have truck to pick up materials • Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete work orders (Appfolio experience is a plus) Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas: • Painting • Minor Plumbing • Minor Carpentry MUST KNOW ELECTRICAL • Other building maintenance items as needed HVAC knowledge preferred Multiple properties from Pasadena to Covina

We are a 3PL currently seeking a full-time warehouse manager, responsible for strategic leadership and daily execution of warehouse operations. Also included but not limited to inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, dock management and overall inventory control. Job responsibilities: • Oversee and ensure execution of inbound/outbound container scheduling through the Monday Inbound Log, • maintaining visibility and timeliness of dock appointments. • Maintain visibility over LTL/FTL fulfillment and trailer loading, confirming proper documentation, BOLs, and photo • capture is completed and uploaded to the Monday Outbound Board. • Supervise inbound receiving activity, ensuring floor- and pallet-loaded shipments are offloaded and transferred • to receiving in alignment with SLA expectations. • Ensure accountability for receiving accuracy, timely data entry into Extensiv, and dock-to-stock SLA compliance. • Monitor labeling standards to ensure inventory accuracy and capture of all billable services. • Provide oversight into transloading and cross-docking operations, ensuring compliance with client specifications • and internal workflows. • Ensure all outbound packing, QC, and shipping processes are executed accurately and on time, with appropriate • void fill, labeling, and routing compliance. • Track performance to monthly labor profitability targets and collaborate with management on labor dashboard • insights and operational improvements. • Directly supervise warehouse leads and hourly staff across inbound, outbound, and project teams; set daily • expectations, hold staff accountable, and coach for performance. • Monitor staffing levels, coordinate with temp agencies, oversee daily labor tracking/ allocations and ensure • compliance with wage/hour laws. • Manage all heavy equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained, safely operated by staff, and tracked in an upto- • date equipment inventory log. • Ensure a safe and compliant warehouse environment by enforcing PPE use, daily forklift inspections, and hazard • monitoring; maintain adherence to OSHA regulations and stay current on state and municipal safety standards.
