For each job, we require clear, high-quality photos that accurately document the work completed and any damages found. These photos are crucial for our clients to understand the state of the property and the quality of your work. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in property preservation and REO field services. • Specific skillset (i.e.- Electrician, HVAC Specialist, Plumber, Flooring, Mold Remediation, Maid Service or Cleaning etc) will get preference. • Valid contractor’s license for rehab and renovation work if required by state regulations. • Ability to take clear and wide-angled before, during, and after photos of work. (High-quality photos are essential for accurate bid submissions and work order completion. We require clear, detailed photos of the property before and after the work is done to ensure transparency and quality.) • Knowledge about PPW portal. • Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting strict client deadlines. • Having available HUD locks & lockbox, tools for winterization, trailer for debris removal and PPW knowledge will get preference.
