Every year, we divert an average 740,000 pounds of resources from the landfill through our Deconstruction and Redistribution programs. Deconstruction is a sustainable alternative to demolition where our skilled crews hand-disassemble buildings to salvage the material for reuse. This is a full time position, 35-40 hours per week. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. Work location varies across Oahu.
