Plan the day, keep standards high, train/delegate, communicate professionally, ensure safety, and care for equipment. Skilled Laborer Support maintenance & install tasks: mowing/line-trimming, pruning, planting, bed care, edging/mulch, landscape construction assist, cleanup, and equipment care. PAY Foreman: $25–$30/hr Skilled Laborer: $23–$25/hr SCHEDULE Full-time, consistent 40–50 hrs/week. Seasonal April–December; some year-round roles available.
