Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process. Assist with landscape maintenance and hardscape projects as required. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry is essential. Familiarity with frame carpentry, welding, masonry, and assembly techniques is preferred. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Experience with concrete forming and finishing is a plus. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Previous construction site experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
