Motivation and energy to work 5 days, 30-40 hours a week. Occasional overtime - time and a half. Able to move throughout a construction job site and lift up to 50 to 75 pounds. Able to work in hot, cold, and rainy conditions. Must not be afraid of heights - lots of working on ladders. Must be able to work in confined spaces - attics, crawlspaces. Bicycle Mechanic / Apprentice – Learn High-Level Skills Beyond the Shop We’re looking for a motivated Bicycle Mechanic to join our team in an apprentice-style role. Looking for a landscape maintenance foreman to lead a mowing crew as well as clean ups, new lawn installations and trimming bushes. Please have a valid license, know how to driver small dump truck with enclosed trailer, as well as mowing and trimming experience. Must be able to work with a team and delegate work, coach/ train team members, problem solve, understand responsibilities, and have core values that fit with the team.  Must have experience in the following:-Maintenance of turf- Mowing, line trimming, weed identification. Spring and Fall clean ups. -Pruning experience and knowledge of all trees and shrubs. Understanding different styles of pruning and when to apply it. -Experience in mulching properties.
