The Opportunity: Entry-Level Ground Support This foundational role is your entry point into the tree care industry. As an Entry-Level Ground Support team member, you will be integral to the daily success and safety of our tree crews. You will work directly alongside experienced experienced tree Grounds/Rigging specialists and skilled tree climbers, learning essential ground operations and safety procedures through our structured, on-the-job training program.
