This position assists the WORK Inc. Project Manager in overseeing the Total Facility Maintenance contract at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, Dorchester, MA. HVAC Refrigerant Technician license is required for the position and have hands-on experience with building mechanical systems including boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing. The candidates will have 5 years’ facility management experience, 3 of which is in a facility (s) of similar size, scope and complexity.
