Title: Finish Carpenter Foreman - Linked Living Homes Intro: Linked Living Homes is looking for a bright and driven individual who believes in our mission and wants to join our team in working to enable families to live connected and take care of their loved ones. Company Information: We build Linked Living TM Home Additions - We build both modular and stick built additions, primarily for seniors and those with special needs. By building these living spaces we enable families to take care of their loved ones but also give them independent spaces to live. We are looking for someone who really believes in our mission, someone who has the same “Why” as we do. Job Type: Full Time Pay: $30-$45 hourly Summary: We are looking for a foreman to manage the finishing of our builds. This person will be on site performing the finish carpentry needed to complete the build and will also be responsible for helping to manage the overall completion of the project. While completing their finish work, this person will also be involved with overseeing/managing the other aspects of the work finishing on site. This includes but is not limited to quality control, communication with the customer, managing overall final punch list, handing over documentation to customer, walkthroughs with customer and other site management responsibilities as needed. This person will be primarily working in the finishing portion of the work but occasionally should expect to help our rough carpentry team and help with other aspects of the overall operations.
