Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive. It may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. • Greet and assist customers and drivers in the Will Call area in a professional and courteous manner. • Pull, stage, and load rental orders accurately and in a timely manner. • Verify orders against contracts and packing slips to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Inspect rental equipment for cleanliness, damage, or missing parts before release. • Receive returned items, count and check them in, and report shortages, damages, or repairs needed. • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Will Call area at all times. • Communicate effectively with sales, operations, and dispatch teams regarding customer orders and changes. • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies) safely and as trained. • Follow company safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and use of PPE. • Assist in general warehouse duties as assigned (inventory, restocking, staging orders).
