Excavation Equipment Operator Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This position requires experienced operation of construction equipment. The ideal candidate will have equipment operation experience with a positive attitude with eagerness to work in a team environment. Job Outline: Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, dozers, loaders, graders, and backhoes safely and efficiently. Read and interpret site plans, and specifications. Conduct equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency. Follow safety regulations and policies to maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications: 3 years of experience operating equipment. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices. Ability to read site plans. Leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing job site conditions. Valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
