Estate Care Taker (West Linn)

Festive Hill Winery and Vineyards is looking for a hard-working, results-oriented person to help owner manage a 20 acre property with a winery, vines and a small golf course. ENGLISH OR SPANISH SPEAKING SKILLS REQUIRED: 1) Can operate, maintain and repair tractor, mowers, and other small equipment 2) Can work independently and produce fast results 3) Has own transportation Tasks Required: * Mowing, Spraying * Cleaning, Power Washing * Small Building Repairs & Projects * Other Property Improvement Tasks This position has flexible hours and a flexible schedule. You can set your own schedule: work evenings and weekends only if you choose. Part-time - 20 to 30 hours per week.
