Maintenance Technician/Newton, New Hampshire The Maintenance Technician will be involved in the set up and maintenance of all equipment. Electrical and mechanical skills are key. Also, flexibility is a must, to go from one project to another quickly and as needed. This is a full-time year-round day shift opportunity! Requirements of the Maintenance Technician: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs, sensors, drivers, starters, and relays. Skilled in using electrical tools, meters, and test equipment for systems ranging from 12VDC to 480VAC. Experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance procedures. Strong communication skills for working with production teams and factory tech support. Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to CMMS guidelines. Uphold safety standards and company policies at all times. Demonstrate reliability in attendance, attitude, and performance.
