Home & Property Coordinator (Part-Time, 1099 Position) “Looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and wellness-minded to help us care for our home.” ⸻ About Us We are a couple in our 40s who both work from home and travel frequently. Our home is an open, wellness-focused environment with amenities like a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym. We’re looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to help us keep everything running smoothly whether we are home or away. About the Role This is a 1099 contract position averaging 10–20 hours per week, though hours will vary based on rentals, pool bookings, or other needs. The schedule is very flexible and the focus is on maintaining a home that feels organized, welcoming, and well cared for — not just on completing tasks. Compensation • $30/hr • Paid in cash, twice a month Key Responsibilities • Walk through and review each room of the home to ensure it is tidy, organized, and guest-ready • Note improvements or repairs needed and coordinate with contractors or service providers • Manage the household schedule to keep things running smoothly • Handle laundry and light upkeep • Communicate with short-term renters and pool guests • Maintain the positive, wellness-centered vibe of the property Confidentiality & Trust Because this position involves being in our home and sometimes managing it while we’re traveling, the most important qualities we are seeking are trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism. Respect for privacy is essential, and confidentiality is expected at all times. Lifestyle Perks Our home is designed around wellness and positivity. You’ll be working in an environment with a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym — perfect for someone who enjoys being around health, fitness, and open, positive energy. About You • Highly trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of confidentiality • Positive, fit, and outgoing personality • Naturally organized with attention to detail • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently • Comfortable in a relaxed but professional environment with a focus on wellness • Experience in hospitality, household management, or property care is a plus but not required Next Steps If you’re interested, please send us a short note about your interest level and, if you’d like, a link to a social media profile so we can get a sense of who you are. We want to make sure we find the right fit and attitude, so we’ll be taking time with the interview process. We’ll begin with a brief video chat for those selected, followed by a deeper interview at the home.
